Instrument Description
The Hematek 2000 slide stainer features the ability to select from a wide range of stain concentrations to suit hematologists´ varying needs for staining blood films. Precision pumps provide excellent control in delivering reagents in exact volume for every slide. The platen then mixes stain and buffer accurately and uniformly.
The Hematek 2000 slide stainer provides the convenience of a continuous-feed loading platform, and the functional design ensures correct first-time staining runs. The unit can stain up to 60 slides per hour and maintenance requirements are simple. When the stain packs run low there is a low-stain warning light that alerts the need to change them.
