Instrument Description
The Leica ASP 300 S Tissue Processor is redesigned from its predecessor the ASP 300. Able to process 300 cassettes per process. New features include the reagent management system (RMS) for monitoring reagent quality, volume and type. The RMS is easily managed from the intuitive touch screen operating system.
The Leica ASP 300 S Tissue Processor allows for programs to be stored in the operating system for quick easy to use operation to avoid misuse of customer specimens. Each feature can be easily accessed by the solvent resistant touch screen interface.
Safety is taken into consideration by having a fully contained processor. This system stores all contaminated air in a condenser for the internal air handling system, which absorbs all reagent fumes. An additional carbon filter is there to absorb any remaining fumes that the condenser missed.
