Instrument Description
The Leica ASP 300 Tissue Processor is capable of processing up to 300 cassette-embedded samples and it features many integrated systems that simplify processing operations.
Routine operations are straightforward and intuitive when programming a run. Innovative color touch screen and a variety of “smart” features, such as Reagent Management System, ensures consistent high sample quality with optimized economic reagent use, and a quick start for commonly used programs.
Features include four cleaning programs, multi-language programming, 4.5-liter retort with an optical level sensor, stir bar, reagent management system, external wax drain and remote fill and drain, (10) 4.3-liter reagent bottles, (3) cleaning bottles and (1) condensate bottle. Paraffin melt time is 10 hours.
