Instrument Description
The Microm HM 355 S1 Microtome is a fully automatic microtome. Used for routine as well as intensive sectioning of paraffin, the HM 355 S1 includes several features that maximize operation and comfort.
The Microm HM 355 S1 Microtomecomes fully equipped with specimen retraction (which may be turned on or off) and a movable operating panel for use on the left or right side of the instrument. The touch keypad controls the speed, thickness (from 0.5 to 100 microns) and particular mode such as: single, interval, multi, and continuous stroke. In addition, the Microm HM 355 S1 Microtomehas a vertical stroke of 64 mm and a trimming range from .5-500 um.
