Remanufactured Thermo HM 355 S3 Microtome
Instrument Description
The Thermo HM 355 S3 Microtome is similar to the HM355 S II, but includes a rocking option (specimen head advances by a set amount to trim specimens without turning the handwheel through full turns). Also features a display that monitors a range of functions including cutting speed, section count, section thickness and advance distance.
The Thermo HM 355 S3 Microtome also has selectable trim and a variety of sectioning speeds. Other specifications include a maximum sectioning speed of 400mm/s, a cutting stroke of 72mm and a total specimen advance of 28mm.
